# Customiser

> Customiser is AI estimating and quoting software for contract manufacturers. Forward an RFQ, drawing package or BOM and get back a priced, cost ready quote in minutes, with every number traceable to the document it came from.

Customiser reads 2D technical drawings and specification documents (PDFs, TIFFs, DXFs, Excel BOMs, scanned prints and points lists), builds the bill of materials from what those drawings state, measures the features that drive cost, matches incoming items against your catalogue, and applies your own labour standards and rate cards. It does not process 3D CAD or solid model geometry. It is built for wire and tube fabricators, sheet metal shops, panel and switchgear builders, and precision component manufacturers.

## Integrations

Customiser hands a finished quote to the system a shop already runs, as CSV, an Excel workbook, a PDF quote and cost breakdown, or through its REST API. There are no certified, listed or pre-built connectors to any third-party system, and no vendor endorsements; each connection is scoped during onboarding.

- Document extraction: every line item, tag and callout structured from 2D drawings, specification documents, PDFs, TIFFs, DXFs, Excel BOMs, scanned prints and points lists.
- Bill of materials build: where an RFQ arrives without a customer BOM, Customiser builds one from the technical drawings, with every line traceable to the view, bend table or note it came from.
- Bend counting from 2D drawings: bend counts, radii and cut lengths read from bend tables, bend notes and dimensioned views, measured rather than guessed. Customiser does not process 3D CAD.
- Cross referencing: drawings checked against specifications and BOMs, diagram against diagram, revision against revision.
- Catalogue matching: incoming items resolved against your parts, codes and equivalents.
- Pricing engine: your labour standards, rate cards and material costs applied the same way every time.
- Review and handoff: side by side review against the source document, exported in the shape your system imports.

## Deployment

- Cloud only: an isolated tenant per customer, deployed in the region you choose.
- No training on customer data, and no data mixing between tenants.
- Encryption: TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest. Role based access control. Full audit log of every verification and change.
